Meet the Avec Team: Sarah Glass

As pre-leasing continues, and we get closer to officially welcoming our new residents to Avec on H Street, we will continue with our Avec team introductions.

Next, we’re introducing, Assistant Property Manager, Sarah Glass. Sarah was excited to answer some questions about herself such as her hobbies, favorite food location on H Street, and more! Let’s take a deeper dive into the type of energy Sarah is bringing to the Avec team.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO ABOUT WORKING AT AVEC?

That’s easy! I’m most looking forward to seeing the excitement in the faces of all of our new residents. We have so many things planned and I just can’t wait to share it.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT ON H STREET?

There are SO many great food options on H St. I’m a sucker for ramen, so I would have to choose Toki Underground. They have the best ramen in town! I know our residents are going to have trouble making their selections, but I guess that’s a great problem to have!

WHAT ARE SOME THINGS YOU ENJOY DOING IN YOUR FREE TIME?

I will NEVER turn down an opportunity to go to a good music festival with a group of friends. If it isn’t a music festival, a nice winery is a close second.

IF YOU HAD TO BE ANY ANIMAL, WHICH ONE WOULD IT BE AND WHY?

According to Buzzfeed’s quiz, my results indicate that I would most closely identify with a panda because of my friendly, playful and sleepy nature. Plus, who doesn’t love Pandas! 

YOU ARE HAPPIEST WHEN?

While I do love adventures, I’m most happy when I’m under 80 blankets, eating mac and cheese, and watching Netflix.
