Meet the Avec Team: Peter Wolynec
We are getting closer to the new year! This is means we are just that much closer to the opening of Avec on H Street. To help prepare for H Street’s next luxury building, we began introducing the Avec team-members.
Next, we’re getting to know Leasing Consultant, Peter Wolynec. Peter answered some fun questions about himself which included some of his hobbies, favorite food location on H Street, and more! Let’s take a deeper dive into the type of energy Peter is bringing to the Avec team.
WHAT ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO ABOUT WORKING AT AVEC?
The thing I’m most looking forward to about working at Avec is the incredible team I will be working alongside. The energy that we bring to the new building is going to make living here that much more special for all of our new residents! I will also really enjoy getting all of my steps in easily with all of the amazing amenities we have.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT ON H STREET?
Currently, it’s Ledo Pizza! But I know my mind will be changed with all of the great food options on H Street.
WHAT ARE SOME THINGS YOU ENJOY DOING IN YOUR FREE TIME?
Working out is a huge hobby for me. If I’m not doing that, you can find me spending some quality time with my dog Bitsy.
IF YOU HAD TO BE ANY ANIMAL, WHICH ONE WOULD IT BE AND WHY?
I would have to say a dolphin! I love the water. Swimming is my peace.
YOU ARE HAPPIEST WHEN?
I’m happiest when I’m leaving the gym after a great workout, then going home to cook and eat a nice hot meal.
