Avec on H Street Pool Grand Opening
welcome to the avec rooftop pool!
The Avec rooftop pool is here just in time for the Summer season! To ensure residents are enjoying the pool re-open in the safest way possible, we have some important guidelines in place.
Please review the following statement carefully:
Starting on, Friday, July 24, 2020, the rooftop pool at Avec on a daily basis from 10 am – 7 pm.
The directives given in Phase 2 Guidelines require us to monitor access.
All residents will need to sign in when entering the pool decks to help facilitate contact tracing should it become necessary.
IMPORTANT POOL GUIDELINES

The pool will be open daily from 10 am – 7 pm, beginning on 7/24.

The pool will close for the season on 9/8.

No guests allowed at the pool, rooftop, or any amenity areas.

Residents must sign in, and sign an acknowledgment and waiver.

A maximum of 28 residents can be at the pool area at any one time.

A maximum of 7 residents can be in the pool at any one time.

Pool chairs have been spaced out to be 6-feet apart and should remain in those locations.

The resident’s time at the pool is limited to two hours maximum.

When not in the water, face masks must be worn at all times.

No pets are allowed in the pool area.

Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

No glass is allowed in the pool or the pool area.
