Rooftop Dog Park
As a truly pet friendly community, we understand the importance of having a space for your best friend to stretch their legs and meet other adorable pets within the community. That’s why we made it a priority to provide the largest rooftop dog park in the area! At 1450 square feet, our spacious, turf-lined dog park not only provides plenty of room for your furry friend to frolic, it also provides a water fountain and a shade area for them to stay hydrated and cool during the hot summers in the District.
Pet Spa
Us pet owners always know the challenges that come with bath time, especially for the dogs that don’t like baths. Skip the “wet dog” smell in your apartment and stop into our beautifully appointed Pet Spa! Not only does it have an accessible bathing station with a ramp, but it also comes equipped with air dryers so that you can give Fluffy the after-wash blow out that they deserve!
In-Building Emergency Vet (Coming Soon!)
We all want the best and most convenient access to medical care for our pet, and while we hope we never have them, emergencies do
happen. Coming soon, one of our many first-floor retail spaces will be home to the Veterinary Emergency Group. You’ll have the peace of mind of know that you have access to emergency veterinary care just steps from you front door, and what can be better than that?
Resident Pet Events
While we offer regularly scheduled resident events for our residents, our pet resident events are nothing to bark at. From professionally done pet portraits to the occasional “yappy hour”, we make it a point to provide events for even the ‘goodest’ of good boys (and girls!).
