To help inspire some ideas for your fall enjoyment in our community, we have come up with a list of places that are perfect for spending a fall day or evening. So check out our list and prepare yourself for an incredible cozy season! There’s something about not too hot, not too cold weather that brings a breath of fresh air to our minds and spirits. As an Avec resident, all you need to do is ask yourself which community area you choose to hang out, and how often you will hang out there.
Fire Pits: Our fire pits and this time of year agree so well together! There’s nothing like enjoying the brisk breeze in the air, in your hoodie, while you drink something warm and enjoying some of the best views DC has to offer from our rooftop. Invite some friends over for an added layer of entertainment for a weekend night!
Outdoor Living Rooms: Our outdoor living rooms are a great place to enjoy the brisk weather that comes with the season! With a covered over-the-top interior, residents will enjoy an outdoor experience that feels like their living rooms. So snuggle up with a cover, a warm drink, one of your favorite books, and enjoy the feels of the fall season.
Resident Lounge: Our interactive resident lounge screams fall season! Between the various seating areas, the gaming options, and two incredible viewing areas, our residents have the perfect place to check out all of the Halloween movies while enjoying some festive drinks.
Lobby Area: We don’t need to tell you that our lobby area is a masterpiece but did you know it’s also a great place to hang out? The lobby area at Avec is full of great places to sit and enjoy a morning coffee before you head out the front doors to see what H-Street has to offer for the day.
Balcony Life: Just because summer is over doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy incredible vibes on your balcony at your apartment home. The fall season is an excellent opportunity to sit on our balcony and watch the season come into full swing.
