The 2025 pool season has officially arrived—and there’s no better place to enjoy it than the rooftop pool at Avec on H. Whether you’re soaking up the sun, enjoying an afternoon dip, or catching sunset views after work, the rooftop is a favorite space for residents all summer long.
To help keep this space safe, clean, and welcoming for all, we’ve put together a full list of reminders and updates for the season—including information on pool pass pickup, hours of operation, and essential rules of use.
Pool Opening Date & Hours
The pool will officially open for the season on Friday, May 23, 2025.
Pool hours are daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Pool Pass Pickup
Pool passes are now available for pickup at the Concierge desk.
Please note the following:

Only leaseholders may collect pool passes

You’ll need to present valid photo identification

You will be asked to sign a form confirming receipt and agreeing to all 2025 pool rules

Each leaseholder receives one resident pool pass

Each apartment receives two guest passes
Please keep these passes safe—replacement fees will apply if lost.
Guest Policy
Each apartment is allowed a maximum of two guests at a time.
Guests must be accompanied by a leaseholder at all times, and residents are responsible for their guests’ behavior. This is not just a courtesy—it’s part of your lease agreement.
Important Pool Rules & Etiquette
To ensure all residents can enjoy the space, please observe the following:

No speakers: Personal speakers are not allowed. Music is already provided at an appropriate volume.

Proper swimwear is required: Undergarments are not acceptable as swim attire.

No pets: Pets are not allowed in any common spaces except the Dog Park and Dog Spa. This includes the pool area.

No smoking or vaping: Avec on H is a smoke- and vape-free community, including the rooftop and balconies.

No glass containers: Glass is strictly prohibited on the pool deck. If broken, the pool must be closed and cleared for safety. Here are some great options that are pool friendly!

Children must be supervised: A parent or guardian must accompany minors at all times.

No floats, rafts, or beach balls: Due to limited space, large inflatable items are not permitted.
All posted pool rules must be followed at all times. These guidelines help keep the rooftop safe, sanitary, and enjoyable for everyone.
No Lifeguard On Duty
As a reminder, there is no lifeguard on duty. Residents and their guests use the pool at their own risk. Please stay alert and courteous while swimming.
